Ray has a proven track record in in management consulting and executive leadership with more than thirty years’ experience in Australia, Asia Pacific and Europe. His functional expertise includes: Business Transformation, Program Management, ERP Systems Implementation, Shared Services & Outsourcing, Finance and Procurement.

As a management consultant Ray’s experience spans both the commercial and government sectors with key experience gained in Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Aviation, Telecommunications, Utilities and also State and Federal Government departments.

In addition to management consulting, Ray has also held executive and senior management roles at Lehman Brothers Asia (SVP Shared Services), Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CPO), Aggregate Industries UK (CFO).
