She has led high‑growth, regulated businesses through technology‑enabled transformation, bringing a clear commercial lens, strong governance and deep customer centricity.

Previously CEO and Executive Director at EML Payments (Australia), Rachelle led national operations, growth and cultural transformation, and served as Responsible Manager under the AFSL. Her remit spanned strategy and execution, regulated product and platform scaling, risk and compliance alignment, and building teams that deliver at pace.
