Over 20 years Mike has led some of the most complex transformation programs in Australia and globally — across mining, health, utilities, financial services, FMCG, and government. 

 

He has operated at board and executive level, run portfolios exceeding $120M annually, and built the kind of trusted relationships that make hard change stick.

→ $265M+ in combined benefits delivered across digital, operational, and shared services transformation at Rio Tinto Iron Ore 
→ Led a $40M CTRM program reset at CBH Group — stabilised a 12-month-delayed project and secured full executive and board endorsement of a new delivery strategy 
→ Designed and established WA Health's EMR procurement framework — creating the governance foundation for one of WA's most significant digital health investments 
→ Delivered $150M+ in cost savings and capability uplift across shared services programs at KPMG, ScottishPower, Bankwest/CBA, and WA Government 
→ Reduced a £40M consulting spend by 50% at RBS through lean programme strategy redesign
