Jonathan is a senior management consultant with more than three decades’ experience helping organisations lift performance and execute complex change. A former Consulting Partner at KPMG and Managing Director at Accenture, he has led national and regional practices focused on Mining & Energy, and delivered large‑scale transformations across capital‑intensive industries.

In recent years, Jonathan has specialised in partnering with CFOs, COOs and CIOs to improve operational performance—linking strategy to execution through operating model design, process improvement, technology and data enablement, and disciplined change management. His work spans rapid diagnostics and value cases through to standing up PMOs, embedding performance management, and realising tangible benefits in cost, reliability, controls and service levels.

Jonathan’s expertise includes ESG and ESG data strategy, enterprise transformation (people, process, technology/digital), business strategy and process improvement, cost optimisation and cost management, and business development for professional services firms.
